At Steps we aspire to provide world-class mental health care to our clients, work with organisations to provide mental health solutions for their constituents and psycho-educate communities to build awareness and destigmatize mental health challenges.
Our highly qualified, experienced, multi-disciplinary team provides screening, diagnosis, psychiatric and psychotherapeutic interventions for individual clients, families and groups. We use a variety of techniques as we work with clients including Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Expressive Arts Based Therapy to name a few.
